A ground-up neighborhood retail center replacing an aging commercial strip on one of Harrison Township's primary corridors. Marque Center pairs 16,000 square feet of flexible storefront space with a drive-through pad and one of the area's first dedicated fast-charging installations.
Flexible Suite Mix
Ten storefront bays on a twenty-foot module, combinable into larger footprints for anchor tenants. Full-height glazing and individual entrances throughout.
Drive-Through Pad
A separate 1,545 sq ft building with a covered drive-through lane, purpose-built for coffee service but designed to remain adaptable to other uses.
EV Fast Charging
Tesla V4 Supercharging stalls with capacity for future expansion — drawing traffic that dwells, which benefits every tenant on the site.
Corridor Frontage
Direct visibility and three access points on North Dixie Drive, with shared signage and parking planned to civil engineering standards.
